Thank you for making this! I'm new to Gimp, just downloaded it today lol, but I made this AWESOME BASE! AAAAnyway... Like I said, thanks for making this! You made 1 part of working in gimp easier for me! :D

One: How do you make the palettes became permament instead of restart to "default" when I restart GIMP, because when I restart it and check BG FG settings, it's always set to "default"

and Two: How do you lock it so I won't accidently change it. because I had to download it twice because I messed up the palette.

one: I don't know that, I don't think it's possible, you have to select your desired palette each time you start GIMP

and two: I really don't know that

I don't need this feature so I didn't play with it much, I personally find it more easy to make a new layer under everything called "color palette" and put there near my drawing the color palettes I need and pick up the color a want when I want by checking the box "Sample merged" on the "Color pick-up" tool.

Welcome! Thank you, I have GIMP for a while but I didn't knew about palettes, I've found out by accident so I thought maybe some other people don't know about this either. I think I should fool around more with GIMP XD

You're quite welcome! And I found out half of what I know about GIMP by accident and experimentation. That and tutorials (mostly on DA)

I could say of MyPaint too. (free painting and drawing program, and my fave for painting and drawing)
